As part of the SZ conference “The Digital Insurance”, Süddeutscher Verlag and Google present the coveted Digital Lighthouse Insurance award. At a gala evening in Cologne, up to three lighthouses and a mastermind prize will be awarded.

A total of 35 cases were submitted. These are not only innovative and new projects for digitisation, but also projects for digital homework. We are looking above all for concepts in which insurers, reinsurers, brokers, service providers, insurtechs or consultants bring something new for customers and in which genuine facilitation and service improvement are the focus.

The nominees and winners are selected by an independent board of trustees. It consists of Herbert Fromme (Süddeutsche Zeitung), Dr. Carolin Gabor (Finleap and Joonko), Lars Hinrichs (Cinco Capital), Karsten John (infas quo), Jan Meessen (Google) and Hermann-Josef Tenhagen (financial tip).

We are looking forward to the award ceremony on December 1st in Cologne and keep our fingers crossed for all nominees.
